The hotel is situated in a beautifully renovated palace in the center of this city, making it very close to all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, and the facilities provided are top-notch. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations on places to visit. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the centre of the city and close to all the attractions. The building itself, being a renovated palace, was beautiful and the rooms were luxurious. The beds and bed linen were extremely comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about the city. the hotel offered free toiletries, an espresso machine, free bottles of water, and chocolates in the room.
There were some issues with the breakfast service, such as food running out and staff not being available to restock. There were also problems with the safe not working and running out of toilet paper.

We stayed at this recently renovated hotel and were extremely impressed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The hotel itself is housed in a stunning renovated palace, which adds a touch of luxury to the experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
